So, for years, Hollee and I have been talking about co-writing something fantastic. Pretty much since we met, we've known we are destined to do great things together. We even used to have a notebook in which we would write notes to each other. Sometimes we took it to class, doodled, wrote floor plans for our dorm room or apartment, then passed it on to the other (even took it home over college breaks to keep each other up-to-date after getting used to spending every minute as a couple...wait that sounds wrong...a couple OF best friends:) Some ideas we have come up with include, but are not limited to the following; a screenplay, a book of poetry, Hollee's post-it poems, a novel, short stories...
...and...a blog. So here we are. Co-writing a blog. We live 300 miles apart, but we are gonna make this happen. Now, granted, we are much greater in person (i.e. you would fall out of your seats laughing if we could just video tape our lives together) but we are both fairly thorough with the written word. This is the first post, but the following posts will be from each of us, first describing how we met and became the greatness that is Keek & Hollz. (However, I am not sure why my name comes first, we have always just said Keek & Hollz...because she is my best friend, I wouldn't mind switching it up so she gets her fair share of first name titles.)
So...buckle up, blog followers, and get ready for this (insert awesome adjective here) adventure!
